PÉSIMO CERVICIO ahora comprendo el como se quejan de esta sucursal tan mala brinca los ejecutivos alas personas que se les antoja querer atender y puedo entender como es el comportamiento de esa sucursal con la educación tan mala de su personal

Al parecer nadie les a dicho que ofrecen un servicio, por qué es pésima su atención y tiempos que manejan los ejecutivos en específico.

Hay pocos cuentahabientes por lo que el servicio dentro de se rápido, pero también sin pocos los empleados por lo que hay que esperar un rato a que sea tu turno

Pues al contrario de los demás mi experiencia fue muy agradable, pase rápido y la atención fue muy buena, tanto del asesor que me atendió como del chico que se encuentra en la puerta recibiendo, ambos me ayudaron y atendieron en tiempo y forma. Mi visita fue alrededor de 3 a 4 pm

El trato que brindan es pésimo. Te hacen anotarte en un cuaderno y esperar a que te llamen, como si no hubieran sistemas de turnos ya en otros bancos. Todos los ejecutivos y cubículos están desocupados, sin embargo, únicamente atiende uno por razones desconocidas, el trato es cortante y deficiente. No pueden solucionar problemas y el tiempo de esperar incluso para un depósito es excesivamente alto.
The treatment they provide is terrible. They make you write down in a notebook and wait for them to call you, as if there were no shift systems in other banks. All the executives and cubicles are unoccupied, however, only one attends for unknown reasons, the treatment is curt and poor. They cannot fix issues and the wait time even for a deposit is excessively high.

hoy 10 de mayo 22, acudi con la esperanza de resolver algunas dudas y hacer algunos tramites que favorecian al banco, idependientemente de eso, todos merecemos respeto y atencion. No habia gente, habia solo dos ejecutivos trabajando y dos haciendo mensas, una de ellas, de ves en cuando se paraba a recibir a alguien en la mesa donde te preguntan, QUE TRAMITE HARAS,( que por cierto cuando me vio ahi parada se levanto de su escritorio y me pregunto a toda voz que que tramite haria, le pedi me pasara a su escritorio ya que habia unos tipos en la entrada y obvio me dio miedo que escucharan cual seria mi tramite, ) me dijo que le tenia que decir para que ella me canalizara con el ejecutivo correcto, obvio le dije que me pasara con quien me tocara, que corria el riesgo. Me pidio que me sentara, como a los 30 minutos de espera llega un señor diciendo que el tenia cita con una de las ejecutivas que estaba atendiendo, aun asi le pidio se sentara pasaron otros 30 minutos para que se desocupara un ejecutivo y obvio pasaron al señor yo llevaba una hora esperando, me moleste mucho y me sali, pero antes le comente a la señorita que no me parecia justo ya que yo soy cliente advance y que yo tambien haria una impotante tramite. a lo que me contesto, que ni modo pero el señor tenia cita. Hace un tiempo, antes de la pandemia habia un personal increible muy atento muy preocupados por la atencion. Lamento haya personal tan pesimo. y obvio me retirare de este banco lo bueno qye hay mas.

He asked me to sit down, and after 30 minutes of waiting a man arrives saying that he had an appointment with one of the executives he was attending, even so he asked him to sit down, another 30 minutes passed for an executive to vacate and obviously they went to the Sir, I had been waiting for an hour, it bothered me a lot and I left, but first I told the lady that it didn't seem fair since I am an advance client and that I would also do an important process. To which he replied, no way, but the gentleman had an appointment. Some time ago, before the pandemic, there was an incredible staff, very attentive, very concerned about the attention. I'm sorry there are such lousy staff. and obviously I will withdraw from this bank the good thing that there is more.
