★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hsbc tiene personal de muy poco criterio y ofrece un pésimo servicio más de 29 minutos en espera un solo cajero y ninguna solución ojala reconsideren y den un servicio de calidad como banamex y bancomer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy desagradable experiencia, me tocó ver como a un adulto mayor de 75 le despojaron de su dinero dentro de la misma sucursal, al querer retirar por la caja su dinero. La cajera le salió con el cuento de que "esa no era su tarjeta" y le devuelve una que no era de él. En ese momento le hacen un retiro fantasma de 7 mil pesos. Mientras estaba tratando de arreglar su asunto con un ejecutivo, le hicieron otros dos cargos por compras en establecimientos mercantiles. El ejecutivo nunca le avisó que le estaban vaciando su cuenta. Lo dejaron sin nada, sin pensión, ni ahorros. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención de los cajeros, las veces que he ido siempre están jugando y tardan mucho en atender en ventanilla, en una de las ocasiones quise cobrar un cheque y me dijeron que no tenían dinero.
Poor attention from the cashiers, the times I have been there they are always playing and they take a long time to attend the teller, on one of the occasions I wanted to cash a check and they told me they had no money.
