Terrible customer service, poorly trained tellers at the counter, there are extra staff hanging around without knowing how to help, executives ... Not to mention ... only their own without providing efficient service.

Bad service, poorly trained staff and without face masks, I've been there for more than an hour and they still don't take care of me, they passed a lady then later and they jumped on me for pleasure and they don't give me a solution, they just say that right now and right now and no more.
