★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por la contingencia tienes que hacer cita si necesitas una crear una cuenta. Cuando fui a la cita no había sistema y tuve que esperar más de una hora. Al final no pude crear la cuenta.
For the contingency you have to make an appointment if you need one to create an account. When I went to the appointment there was no system and I had to wait more than an hour. In the end I couldn't create the account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, lleve a mi esposa que está embarazada para que le activaran el token, y no tiene fila para discapacitados menos para embarazadas, la hicieron esperar más de una hora y eso que supuestamente tenía, cuando pregunto por qué están pasando personas que llegaron despues de ella la mujer de la entrada respondió altaneramente que son ejecutivos premier, me gustaría que hicieran algo por qué no es justo, pero sorpresa cuándo entre a poner está queja está lleno este buzón !!! Al parecer no somos los únicos que han pasado por esta situación.
Terrible service, take my wife who is pregnant to have her token activated, and there is no queue for the disabled except for pregnant women, they made her wait more than an hour and that's what she supposedly had, when I ask why people who arrived later are passing by To her the woman at the entrance replied haughtily that they are premier executives, I would like them to do something because it is not fair, but surprise when I enter to make this complaint this mailbox is full! Horrible service, my wife has a problem and I'm together with him, and they keep me on hold because I'm not the main person on the account, ... they never waited two hours for me just to pay the card and they couldn't. Terrible service
