Pésima atención de los ejecutivos que están en los escritorios.
Se tardan más de media hora en atender a las personas.
Dos ejecutivos atienen a una misma persona, dejando a los demás clientes a la espera.
Los clientes que están en la fila de espera se van debido a la tardanza.
Te ven en la fila y aunque están desocupados no te hablan.
A nadie de los que trabajan aquí parece importarle.

Terrible attention of the executives who are at the desks.
It takes more than half an hour to serve people.
Two executives serve the same person, leaving the other customers waiting.
Customers who are in the waiting line leave because of the delay.
They see you in line and although they are unoccupied they do not speak to you.
No one who works here seems to care.
