Desde entonces tengo un problema que no he podido solucionar. Voy a cerrar la cuenta con ese banco por culpa de ella! Llevamos dos días acudiendo al banco y no han podido resolver la situación de mi mamá. Llegamos a las 8 para formarnos y pasamos casi después de una hora solo para decirnos que el servicio que requerimos aún no está a esa hora, que viniéramos después o lo hiciéramos por teléfono. Los dos ejecutivos no se dan abasto y el policía de la entrada les pregunta a las personas qué trámite van a realizar y hasta les llega a pedir sus credenciales del INE, cuando esa no es su función y pone en riesgo a las personas que acudimos aquí. Aparte de que los cajeros están a contra luz y en la mañana les da TODO el sol a las pantallas, no se puede ver nada. Redujeron su personal y las filas se triplicaron, tres horas mínimo para pasar con ejecutivo y la fila con muchas personas con discapacidad y adultos mayores que deben de ser atendidos con prioridad. El policía de la entrada ligando con las señoritas de la fila y hasta se molesta de que le hagas preguntas es increíble. Por pandemia abren a las 10 y la fila comienza desde las 8; en vez de ayudar a que no se aglomere gente, hacen lo contrario. Muy mal. By far the worst branch.
