★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ojo a la parte de cajeros, hay dos personas que te embarcan y cambian tu tarjeta distrayendote entre los 2, te ponen una tarjeta ya modificada que acepta cualquier nip para que te confies, además que se quedan ahí para ver tu nip y robarte tu dinero cuando te vayas, pésimo servicio de banco pues culpan a uno si te roban tu dinero

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay varios ejecutivos y pocos son los que atienden, las filas para atención son enormes y mucho el tiempo de espera, yo tarde casi dos horas. No respetan la fila, si llega alguien que conocen lo pasan de inmediato. Cuando terminan de atender a un cliente, tardan mucho para pasar a otro cliente, pierden mucho el tiempo. Deberían de tener un cubículo especial para gente de la tercera edad, para que los atiendan y agilicen el servicio.
There are several executives and few are those who attend, the lines for attention are enormous and the waiting time is long, I took almost two hours. They do not respect the line, if someone they know arrives they pass it immediately. When they finish serving a customer, they take a long time to move on to another customer, they waste a lot of time. They should have a special cubicle for the elderly, so that they can attend to them and speed up the service.
