★ ★ ★ ★ ★ porque no ponen el numero correcto, pues uno puede llamar todo el día al 5146094 y jamas contestan y si uno se presenta en esa sucursal tardas como mínimo 3 horas para que un ejecutivo te atienda y te de información

Tiempo de espera al menos el que hice este día super súper largo ?, tienes que estar inmóvil en un solo lugar, no digo sentada xq no hay suficiente lugar. Si te crees mucho xq eres advance o premier permíteme reir, los trataron igual que todos NO EXISTE PREFERENCIA PARA ADVANCE O PREMIER, a decir verdad solo los anotaban por estadística, para que crean que hará diferencia o no se, como ven tuve tempo suficiente para platicar y reunir experiencias de los demás usuarios que estábamos esperando, esperando, esperando... hasta la eternidad. Hasta para hacer esta reseña tan larga. Bueno si vienen. Mucha paciencia, tiempo, traigan agua, algo para entretenerse, bien comidos, tómense algo para que no se vayan a trombozar y buena suerte ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de parte de los ejecutivos, si tienen contemplado realizar un trámite, tienen que llegar mínimo unas 5 horas antes para que puedan ser atendidos, pues la atención es exageradamente lenta. No recomiendo para nada esta sucursal.
