★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ventaja que es Banco y cajero ATM. La desventaja es que de los dos cajeros automáticos que tienen instalados para la atención 24 horas ninguno acepta depósitos, pese a estar conectados al Banco HSBC. Ojalá instalen uno pronto.
The advantage that is Bank and ATM teller machine. The disadvantage is that of the two ATMs installed for 24-hour service, neither accepts deposits, despite being connected to HSBC Bank. Hopefully they install one soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena opción de sucursal. Pero los ejecutivos son pésimos, actitud déspota de: hazle como puedas y como quieras. RH debería hacer su trabajo en contratar personas con actitud de servicio.
Good branch option. But the executives are terrible, despotic attitude of: do as you can and as you want. HR should do its job of hiring people with a service attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank is basically a waiting simulator. Long lines and 0-1 persons attending. Little to no consideration to its customers. Wait times of +1 hour minimum. It is a pay-to-get-served institution.
