★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante el Mapaton2017 visitamos HSBC sucursal El Retiro, dicha sucursal cuenta con un lugar de estacionamiento para personas con discapacidad, al igual cuenta con una rampa de acceso y por dentro la sucursal es bastante amplia, ya que permite una fácil circulación de sillas de ruedas.
During Mapaton2017 we visited HSBC El Retiro branch, this branch has a parking place for people with disabilities, it also has an access ramp and inside the branch is quite wide, since it allows easy movement of wheelchairs.

La atención es muy buena y los trámites son un poco más rápidos/ágiles que en la sucursal de Plaza Galerias/Crystal, el único punto a mejorar podría ser el estacionamiento incluyendo el acceso/la salida del establecimiento, ya que el estacionamiento está muy limitado y se llena mucho; y eso de compartir la salida y la entrada está un poco mal, ya que al venir en auto particular no logras visualizar muy bien si viene un carro para salir con confianza del mismo ✌?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una pésima atención, soy cliente Advance y al entrar no hay preferencia de nada, estaba pasando una crisis asmática la chica de la ventanilla no me quiso atender y eso que fui con mi hermano para que me apoyará y se puso bien grosera tuve que ir con la chica de la cabina premier para que me atendieran en ventanilla, estando el gerente no le llama la atención a la chica de la ventanilla. Pésimo servicio.
Muy agradecido con la chica de la cabina premier, ojalá fueran como ella.
