★ ★ ★ ★ ★ es la peor sucursal desde siempre en una ocasion una de las cajeras robo la info de mi plastico y horas despues me llegaron cargos en linea,puedes estar mas de una hora parado esperando a q te atiendan y la verdad no tienen ni idea de lo q es dar un servicio ,los ejecutivos platicando o simplemente se salen de la sucursal, en las cajas siempre es lo mismo una o dos cajeras pesimamente lentas,es un asco de sucursal y el o la responsable bien gracias jamas da la cara......pesimo servicioooo
 It is the worst branch ever since one of the cashiers stole the info of my plastic and hours later I received charges online, you can be more than an hour standing waiting for you to attend and you really have no idea what it is give a service, executives talking or just leave the branch, in the boxes it is always the same one or two pessimistically slow cashiers, it is disgusting of the branch and he or the person responsible well thank you never gives face ..... .soimo serviceooo

Pase a validar mis incapacidades y se tardaron menos que el promedio de tiempo en otras sucursales.
Pese a que había bastantes usuarios en la fila, agilizaron la atención. ¡BIEN AHÍ HSBC!
CONSEJO: Traten de retirar en horas intermedias, ya que, el Tío Robert visita mucho esa zona.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son altamente inútiles e inoperantes. Más de 2 horas y me fui sin que me atiendan porque no quería perder más tiempo. Desde la recepcionista con una cara de depresión hasta las alfombras mega sucias, todo pésimo. Hacen quedar mal al banco que en sí es bueno. Contraten nuevo personal por favor o cierren esta sucursal.
They are highly useless and inoperative. More than 2 hours and I left without being treated because I didn't want to waste any more time. From the receptionist with a face of depression to the mega dirty carpets, all lousy. They make the bank look bad, which in itself is good. Please hire new staff or close this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima sucursal, voy porque me queda muy cerca pero el servicio es lentísimo. Ya sea para cajas o escritorio puedes pasar al menos una hora formado porque solo hay uno o dos ejecutivos atendiendo y de mal humor, ven que hay mucha gente y no sé apuran, y el gerente no les dice nada. La peor sucursal en todos los aspectos, sólo a sus conocidos los atienden rápido y los pasan antes.

Tardamos 3 horas en hacer un tramite, la sucursal esta muy fea, el estacionamiento
peor, no hay rampa para personas con discapacidad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato personal es aceptable. Sin embargo, el servicio es asombrosa y terriblemente lento. No acuda a esta sucursal si tiene prisa. De otra forma, prepare una película, traiga un libro o su videojuego favorito para hacer el titánico tiempo de espera más ameno.
The personal treatment is acceptable. However, the service is astonishing and terribly slow. Please do not go to this branch if you are in a hurry. Otherwise, make a movie, bring a book, or your favorite video game to make the titanic wait time more enjoyable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como empresa certificada deben actualizar su horario en Internet no nada más poner un letrero en su puerta y vean su profesionalismo no llegan ni a 2 estrellas que vergüenza del gerente por que es el encargado de la sucursal pena ajena
