★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es increíble que habiendo solo 3 clientes en la sucursal SOLO 3 CLIENTES nos hayan tardado más de dos horas mientras todos los ejecutivos estaban reunidos en un escritorio apoyando a otro porque “se le desconectó el teléfono”
It is incredible that with only 3 clients in the branch ONLY 3 CLIENTS it took us more than two hours while all the executives were gathered at a desk supporting another because "the phone was disconnected"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somos 4 personas en el banco y llevamos 15 minutos esperando ser atendidos, nadie está en su lugar de trabajo y al preguntar para mí trámite me mandaron sentar y esperar a que alguien se desocupe...son las 8:50am, está vacío y no atienden!
We are 4 people in the bank and we have been waiting for 15 minutes to be attended to, nobody is at their place of work and when asking for my paperwork they made me sit down and wait for someone to clear...it is 8:50am, it is empty and there is no attend!
