★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voy llegando, es la 1:14 y está cerrado!!! Que según porque es 15 de Septiembre! Habemos varias personas que no pudimos venir antes y nos salen con ésto...muy mal! Los horarios son claros en la web. Deben cerrar a las 14:00. De otra forma, deberìan especificarlo claramente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como comentan hay 6 cubículos y solo hay 2 ejecutivos, casi todos llegan a las 12pm. Ya he ido alrededor de 10 veces y el promedio de tiempo de espera para atención es de 1 hora a 1hora y media. Ridículo.
As they say there are 6 cubicles and there are only 2 executives, almost all of them arrive at 12pm. I have already been around 10 times and the average waiting time for attention is 1 hour to 1 hour and a half. Ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes pensaba que el peor banco de México era Banamex, ahora sé que es HSBC. Desde que tramité una hipoteca con ellos en 2019 (proceso que fue tortuoso, lleno de errores y mala comunicación de parte de HSBC), hasta el 2021 cuando terminé mi vínculo con ellos atraves de un refinanciamiento con un mejor banco, tengo que decir que CADA interacción con ellos fue negativa. El ser cliente premier no ayuda. La ejecutiva premier de la sucursal Reforma 222 (Andrea Vega) hace rogar por su atención, no contesta los emails más básicos, y no da seguimiento ni explicación decente de todo tipo de temas. Cero recomiendo HSBC México y seguiré compartiendo el mensaje.
Before I thought that the worst bank in Mexico was Banamex, now I know that it is HSBC. Since I processed a mortgage with them in 2019 (a process that was tortuous, full of errors and poor communication from HSBC), until 2021 when I ended my relationship with them through a refinancing with a better bank, I have to say that EVERY interaction with them was negative. Being a premier customer doesn't help. The premier executive of the Reforma 222 branch (Andrea Vega) begs for your attention, does not answer the most basic emails, and does not give a decent follow-up or explanation of all kinds of topics. Zero I recommend HSBC Mexico and I will continue to share the message.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal atención ,no dan solución te hacen esperar mucho tiempo,los ejecutivos de cuenta todos comen a la mis ma hora ,pésimo servicio por parte de gerencia peor aún no recomiendo que vayan a esta sucursal atención y servicio. Fatal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, ya van 4 veces que me presento a sucursal para arreglar mi nomina (N2 a N4) y ya tengo meses con este problema que no me deja recibir mis percepciones, osea no puedo cobrar. Por su fuera poco sus callcenters de marketing no dejan de marcarme todos los dias al menos 6 veces. **NUNCA HAGAN NEGOCIOS CON HSBC**
Terrible service, it has already been 4 times that I appear at the branch to fix my payroll (N2 to N4) and I have already had this problem for months that does not allow me to receive my perceptions, I mean I cannot collect.
