 I did a paperwork in the morning and they supported me effectively, at one point there was a delay but everything was by the system, good branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sirve el servicio que te dan me dejaron por una hora esperando y cuando les dije que nesesitava hacer un pago me diceron que no tenian sistema esta es la 3 ves que me lo hacen y les vale... Stan con el celular y se enojan cuando se la mientan ineptas las peraonas que trabajan ahi

Muy molesta
Me hicieron esperar exactamente una hora
Por qué no soy cliente..!!
Solo había una persona en caja cuando llegue
Y como tienen un fila de clientes
Y otra de atsvans
Y otra para los que no somos clientes
Llega un segundo empleado cajero y pues solo ha atender a los clientes de el banco..!
Y todavía se molesta por qué pase cuando era mi turno .
Por qué hay que darle preferencia a los clientes...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio en ambos HSBC de Lindavista dos horas en espera para que a la mera hora me digan que lo tengo que hacer por internet, no es la primera vez, para trámites o no quieren trabajar o parecen primerizos. :/ no te dan información completa al menos no te tratan tan más mal todavía como en otros Hsbc :/

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, los empleados te atienden hasta que quieren, se tardan mucho y pierden el tiempo, no hacen su trabajo. Sólo hay una cajera y las instalaciones están en mal estado.
Terrible service, employees serve you as long as they want, they take a long time and waste time, they don't do their job. There is only one cashier and the facilities are in poor condition.
