Manejan un sistema antiguado para esperar y pedir turno, para ser atendido. Mientras qué en otros bancos al acceder a la sucursal, te otorgan tu número de espera y luego una pantalla dicen el número de turno. Mientras qué en este banco tienes que apuntarte en unas hojas y se hace un revoltijo, porque a veces no saben quien sigue en su turno y se llenan rápidamente las hojas, por la cantidad masiva de clientes. Además los ejecutivos se encuentran sentados y no toman, iniciativa de atender clientes lo cual eso refleja el servicio de esta sucursal. En la mayoría de las ovaciones hay gente esperando y los ejecutivos no se prestan a otorgar servicio, solamente un ejecutivo y cuando le da ganas, es cuando atiende a los clientes de este banco.
