The branch is small, almost no people arrive and only has 4 windows, but it comes out fast unlike other branches that are bigger and have more people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No siguen el orden de llegada en servicio a cliente, prefieren atender a mujeres que llegan después en vez de seguir el orden de la bitácora. Pésimo, lo peor que fue el mismo gerente quien realizo esa atención especial a una dama en lugar de ver la bitácora el orden de llegada. 7marzo2018 10:00AM Llevaba 1 hora esperando (por cierto con sucursal vacía no había ni gente), llega una dama después, y la atiende primero a ella (ojo no tenía cita)
