★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima. Nefasta atención. Jamás se paren aquí. Fui a abrir una simple cuenta de nómina un sábado, un fulano revisó mis requisitos, dijo que todo bien y que esperara. Después de hacerme esperar más de una hora, otro ejecutivo me dice que ya no aceptaban como comprobante de domicilio lo que yo llevaba. Que regrese el siguiente sábado antes de las 11. Regreso, lo mismo, vuelvo a esperar más de una hora y cuando por fin paso con otra ejecutiva de cuenta, me dice que los sábados no realizan ese trámite. NE FAS TOS.
 Terrible Nefarious attention. Never stop here. I went to open a simple payroll account on a Saturday, a guy reviewed my requirements, said everything was fine and that he waited. After making me wait more than an hour, another executive tells me that they no longer accepted what I was carrying as proof of address. That I return the following Saturday before 11. I return, the same, I wait again for more than an hour and when I finally pass with another account executive, he tells me that on Saturdays they do not carry out that procedure. NE PHAS TOS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona que pusieron como gerente es un mediocre, (lo vas a ubicar porque usa lentes con mica transparente), fila de 2 hrs 30 min y veo que se la pasa caminando por la sucursal y platicando con la chica de la entrada 30 min antes del cierre pasa clientes a su oficina para atenderlos, llevo haciendo el trámite 5 años y el señor me dice que no se puede e inventa una excusa absurda, quería salir puntual de su trabajo. Evita dolores de cabeza cede tu turno si te va a atender esta persona o ve a otra sucursal.

Excellent HSBC branch. I went to others and they never wanted to help me with my procedure until I managed to get to this one and they treated me very well and managed to resolve my request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De lo peor, quería abrir mi cuenta de nómina con ellos y en el primer intento me pudieron un documento que no es necesario, aparte les comenté que lo traía en el teléfono, no impreso y dijeron que no. Regreso después con toda la lista de documentos a la 1:40 de la tarde y para mí desconcierto no me quieren atender, supuestamente porque iban a abrir 3 nóminas más. Pésimo servicio. Cuidado gerentes conel tipo que atiende.
The worst, I wanted to open my payroll account with them and on the first try they could give me a document that is not necessary, apart from that I told them that I had it on the phone, not printed and they said no. I return later with the entire list of documents at 1:40 in the afternoon and to my bewilderment they do not want to attend to me, supposedly because they were going to open 3 more payrolls. Terrible service. Managers beware the guy who serves you.
