★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, solo hay un par de ejecutivos que tardan horas en atenderte, no hay alguien que te indique de los procedimientos para pasar con los ejecutivos y tardas la vida entera en poder hablar con alguno
Terrible service, there are only a couple of executives who take hours to assist you, there is no one to tell you about the procedures to go through with the executives and it takes your whole life to talk to one

Just one executive assisting at what should be four desks working. Obviously this makes the service extremely slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es de los peores servicios de un banco mientras me atendían en ventanilla el cajero estaba hablando con su compañera y su frase "este pendejito no se apura" vine por necesidad a esta sucursal pero prefiero para próximas ocasiones jamás pararme por aquí
It is one of the worst services of a bank while they attended to me at the teller window the cashier was talking to his partner and his phrase "this little guy does not hurry" I came to this branch out of necessity but I prefer to never stop here

The ATMs are manipulated, they retain the card and clone it, the ATM ID is torn off so that you cannot report it .. CHAKAAAAAS
