Pésimo servicio. Una representante de la sucursal no permite que los clientes respetemos la sana distancia dentro de la sala de espera, se le pidió hacer la fila afuera por ser un lugar cerrado, sin ventilación y lleno, ya que el servicio al cliente tarda mucho y no quiso, se puso a gritarnos muy grosera. Los clientes tomamos la iniciativa por nuestra seguridad de formarnos a fuera y la mujer que está en la entrada organizando el acceso, le daba paso a quien ella quería sin respetar el lugar por órdenes de la gerente, según ella.

Su "servicio al cliente" es pésimo, literal puedes esperar 4 horas para ser atendido y si pides hablar con la gerente nunca acepta porque siempre "está ocupada", además de que la mayor parte del personal es grosero y cometen muchos errores. A una de las empleadas que "organizaba" el acceso le chocaron su auto en el estacionamiento y en vez de hacer su trabajo se fue a arreglar el problema con la aseguradora provocando un caos en la entrada y en el orden de quienes esperábamos. De verdad la peor sucursal por la que he tenido que pasar en toda mi vida. Le pongo una * porque no está la opción de publicar sin * pero no se la merece!!

En esta sucursal es pesimo el servicio, en la entreda no hay nadie q te pregunte q tramite vas a realizar, la gente esta formada y la fila sale hasta afuera y solo hay un cajero y los demas 9 empleados q son los q conte este dia q fui estan haciendose patos, no es la primera vez q voy y pasa esta situacion, desde hoy no volvere a ir, quise reportar esto en linea HSBC pero no encontre la opcion de hablar con una persona y reportar lo sucedido. Espero este banco no lo cierren x su mal servicio.
