★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cerca de 2 horas y media para abrir una cuenta y encima en la segunda vuelta al banco, la atención de sus ejecutivos es regular, realmente no sientes esa empatía por el cliente, solamente eres una persona más para ellos.
Antes el servicio era un poco mejor.
About 2 and a half hours to open an account and on top of that, on the second trip to the bank, the attention of their executives is regular, you really don't feel that empathy for the client, you are just another person for them.
Before the service was a little better.
