★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el peor servicio que he recibido en un banco y vaya que he recibido mal servicio muchas veces. Me hicieron perder un día y medio. Fuí dos veces a diferentes horas del día y solo hay un ejecutivo de cuenta atendiendo, siendo que hay como 5 escritorios. El ejecutivo de cuentas que me atendió no supo tomar mis huellas dactilares y luego me dijo que no podría ayudarme en abrir una cuenta porque el sistema se cayó y me pidió que regresara temprano al día siguiente para poder atenderme. Fuí a la mañana siguiente y me dijeron que el ejecutivo no asisitó ese día porque tenía un curso. La única persona persona atendiendo ese día tampoco me pudo ayudar porque no esta calificado ni preparado para abrir cuentas.
Si quieren que los atiendan eficientemente recomiendo vayan a la sucursal del centro en la calle Aldama con el ejecutivo Guillermo Cardona que si tiene una actitud de servicio y buena preparación.
It is the worst service I have received in a bank and boy have I received bad service many times. They made me lose a day and a half. I went twice at different times of the day and there is only one account executive attending, being that there are like 5 desks. The account executive who attended me did not know how to take my fingerprints and then told me that he could not help me open an account because the system crashed and asked me to come back early the next day to be able to attend to me. I went the next morning and they told me that the executive did not attend that day because he had a course. The only person attending that day could not help me either because he is not qualified or prepared to open accounts.
If you want to be served efficiently, I recommend going to the downtown branch on Calle Aldama with the executive Guillermo Cardona who has an attitude of service and good preparation.
