★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los dias de quincena es un caos total. Los cajeros tardan mucho y le dan prioridad a su fila de clientes exclusivos. A los cajeros se les termina muy rapido el dinero porque casi todos los del Zorro retiran ahi.
The fortnight is a total chaos. Cashiers take a long time and prioritize their line of exclusive customers. The cashiers run out of money very quickly because almost all of Zorro withdraws there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ineptitud al máximo por parte del personal en esta sucursal. Los ejecutivos no se dan abasto y eso que no hay clientes. Permiten que los clientes hablen desde sus teléfono celulares. Eviten la sucursal y de preferencia esta Institucion en general.
Ineptitude to the maximum on the part of the personnel in this branch. Executives can't cope and there are no customers. They allow customers to talk from their cell phones. Avoid the branch and preferably this Institution in general.
