★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para depósitos o movimientos en caja todo bien, pero los ejecutivos de cuenta no están bien capacitados en cuestión de atención a clientes te tienen esperando por más de tres horas por un trámite sencillo y ni hablar de la mala presentacion del banco tan descuidado aparte solo tienen 4 asientos tienes que esperar de pie mucho tiempo
For deposits or cash movements all right, but account executives are not well trained in terms of customer service have you waiting for more than three hours for a simple procedure and not to mention the bad presentation of the bank so neglected only have only 4 seats you have to wait a long time standing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realice un depósito el cual necesitaba que me sellaran la hoja (ticket) porque es un requisito que me piden y no quisieron realizarlo el cual perdí mi dinero solo por el sello!!! Tuve que realizar el depósito en otro banco donde SI ME SELLARAN LA HOJA!!! Es un pésimo servicio!!!
I made a deposit which I needed to have the sheet stamped (ticket) because it is a requirement that they ask me for and they did not want to do it which I lost my money just because of the stamp !!! I had to make the deposit in another bank where IF THE LEAF IS SEALED !!! It is a lousy service !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y no cuidan las medidas anticovid, no revisan la temperatura al ingresar, las cajeras no utilizan de la manera correcta el cubrebocas y los tiempos de atención son exagerados, por tu salud busca otro banco.
Terrible service and they do not take care of the anticovid measures, they do not check the temperature when entering, the cashiers do not use the mask correctly and the attention times are exaggerated, for your health look for another bank.
