★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 horas haciendo esperar, no hay una atención y poca capacidad de los trabajadores, puesto que después de esperar, su respuesta fue de que no podían hacer el tramite por que necesitaban original del comprobante de domicilio oficial, pidiéndome el del agua, luz o el de TELMEX (oficial??)... asistí a otra sucursal ahora si con el original, donde la atención fue inmediata y sin problemas con la pura INE me realizaron el tramite sin pedirme otro documento!!, concluyo que no esta capacitado el que me atendió!
3 hours making wait, there is no attention and little capacity of the workers, since after waiting, their response was that they could not do the procedure because they needed the original proof of official address, asking me for the water, electricity or of TELMEX (official ??) ... I attended another branch now if with the original, where the attention was immediate and without problems with the pure INE they carried out the procedure without asking me for another document !!, I conclude that the one who is not qualified he attended me!
