★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una buena sucursal de este banco, siempre esta muy tranquilo y hay poca gente a excepción de las quincenas, el servicio de su personal en ventanilla es muy rápido y amable, lo que le falta es un estacionamiento para sus clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El ejecutivo de sucursal que me atendió no me resolvió un problema con mi cuenta, siendo que vía telefónica nos comentaron que tenían que revisarlo el personal de sucursal , adicional la cajera de ventanilla al ver que se necesitaba realizar una operación larga ,solo dió excusas y no hizo el movimiento, tenía flojera

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo! Realice un deposito HOY en la practicaja y me dio un comprobante de operación no completada. TAMPOCO ME DEVOLVIO EL DINERO. Pase ha hablar con alguien y de un ejecutivo me mandaban a las cajas luego la chica me dijo que ella no reparaba la Máquina. Asi que llamara y perdi mas de 30 min en que un ejecutivo telefonico me atendiera. Gracias a Dios no tengo cuenta en este banco. Dejo los comprobantes de lo que digo?
Appalling! I made a deposit TODAY in the practice and gave me a proof of operation not completed. I also got the money back. I had to talk to someone and an executive sent me to the boxes then the girl told me that she did not repair the Machine. So I called and lost more than 30 minutes in which a telephone executive attended to me. Thank God I don't have an account in this bank. I leave the proof of what I say
