S	Selene Murillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para sacar una cuenta de nómina se tardan cerca de 40 minutos por su sistema, te obligan a hacer cita para dicho trámite, es política del banco, a cualquier banco que vayas de hsbc será lo mismo. Igual te forman en una fila para ver a un ejecutivo (o sea que la cita vale para nada, igual tuve que esperar 1 hr, aunque había echo la cita y llegué puntual), su gestión es muy mala. Aún así el personal fue bastante atento, amable y profesional. Por políticas tienen que gestionar de esa mala forma a los clientes, pero el personal se rifa lo mejor posible por atender rápido a todos los que llegan.
