★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es pésima, no hay personal suficiente para atender a los clientes, el tiempo de espera es excesivamente largo, más de 1 hora para hacer una simple consulta. Si quieren perder más de una hora y que no haya resolución a su asunto, vayan entonces a esta sucursal.
The attention is terrible, there is not enough staff to attend to the clients, the waiting time is excessively long, more than 1 hour to make a simple consultation. If you want to lose more than an hour and there is no resolution to your issue, then go to this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luego de estar 3 horas de aqui para alla, pasando de mesa en mesa le dicen ami.mama, persona de la 3ra edad que no la pueden atender y que debe de ir a otra sucursal. Tantia empatia, se lo pudieron haber dicho 3 horas antes.
After spending 3 hours from here to there, passing from table to table, they tell her ami.mama, a senior person who cannot attend her and that she must go to another branch. So much empathy, they could have told him 3 hours earlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una pena que la empresa no se de cuenta del servicio que proporcionan sus sucursales. Al parecer están enfocados casi solo en las comisiones, y si el trámite que vas a hacer no les deja lana, cómo solicitar un crédito o contratar un servicio, pues tomará tiempo atenderte. Es casi lo mismo que un trámite en alguna oficina de gobierno.
A pity that the company does not realize the service that its branches provide. Apparently they are focused almost only on commissions, and if the procedure that you are going to do does not leave them wool, how to request a loan or hire a service, it will take time to assist you. It is almost the same as a procedure in a government office.
