 They were worth the process that I went to do with them, they were left to give me an answer and they never communicated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pesar de la contingencia (lo cual es entendible), pesima logistica para atender al personal en espera. Se hace larga fila afuera de la sucursal y no hacen nada para agilizar la atencion al cliente (sea con cajas o ejecutivo)
Despite the contingency (which is understandable), very poor logistics to serve waiting staff. There is a long line outside the branch and they do nothing to speed up customer service (either with boxes or executive)

A good bank but the truth to not find it full you have to go in less peak hours and usually Wednesday or Tuesday.

Terrible service, they do not care about anything to assist you quickly, there are no executives available during working hours. I had to come for 2 days and wait more than 2.5 hours for a simple procedure, since there were not so many people

They discriminate against customers who are not "premier", they gave them priority in the shift so you will arrive earlier

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, te tienen esperando horas aunque no haya gente. Fui 4 días seguidos y no me quisieron ni atender y ni entre todos pudieron dar de alta mi cuenta en sus horarios de atención inventados. Saludos a los “ejecutivos” Daniel y Kevin que de los dos no se hace uno.
Terrible attention, they have you waiting for hours even if there are no people. I went 4 days in a row and they didn't even want to attend me and not even among all of them could they register my account in their invented hours of service. Greetings to the "executives" Daniel and Kevin that the two do not become one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio. Acudí a realizar un pago, me comenta la cajera que tengo que pasar con un ejecutivo. Estamos 2 personas para ser atendidas y cuando se desocupa el ejecutivo se levanta y comienza a hacer pedidos de burritos entre sus compañeros. Mas de 20 min esperando, le comento a la cajera que si quien puede atendernos, y me dice que vaya a BBVA. Espero no tener necesitad de ir en ninguna otra ocasión. ( habia 3 ejecutivos y la directora, solo uno de ellos atendiendo, ya que los otros 2 salieron por el desayuno para todos)
Terrible service. I went to make a payment, the cashier tells me that I have to go to an executive. We are 2 people to be served and when the executive gets up and starts ordering burritos among his colleagues. More than 20 minutes waiting, I tell the cashier who can assist us, and she tells me to go to BBVA. I hope I don't need to go any other time. (There were 3 executives and the director, only one of them attending, since the other 2 left for breakfast for all)
