Tienen falta de personal, no siguen en orden la lista de llegada de los clientes, solo se dignan a decirte que esperes.
Más de 9 personas el día de hoy y solo un ejecutivo atendiendo.
BAD ATTENTION!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demasiado lentos para trabajar, yo iba a abrir una cuenta y mientras esperaba pense en q para futuros tramites tendria q tratar con gente asi de lenta me arrepenti y despues de mas de una hra pase a retirarme y las demas personas y yo desesperad@s por q pasaba y pasaba el tiempo y no nos atendian... pesimo servicio
Too slow to work, I was going to open an account and while I was waiting I thought that for future procedures I would have to deal with people this slow I regretted and after more than an hour I went to retire and the other people and I desperate for that time passed and passed and they did not attend us ... terrible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, llegué a la sucursal a realizar apertura de cuenta de debito y no quisieron darme la atención argumentando que tenian mucho trabajo cuando solo estaban atendiendo a una persona de una empresa, al parecer no le dieron importancia a mi trámite por tratarse de algo insignificante para ellos, de verdad me da mucho coraje y a la vez tristeza por esta personas que representan a esta institución financiera, espero que lo puedan corregir
Terrible attention, I arrived at the branch to open a debit account and they did not want to pay attention to me, arguing that they had a lot of work when they were only serving a person from a company, apparently they did not give importance to my procedure because it was something insignificant for them, it really gives me a lot of courage and at the same time sadness for these people who represent this financial institution, I hope they can correct it
