★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el peor banco que conozco, pésimo servicio cajeros prepotentes, atención sin nada de servicio al cliente, solo porque mi compañía me manda a ese banco si por mi fuera no iría pero que pésimo servicio, la segunda planta es todo lo contrario amabilidad y buen trato.
It is the worst bank I know, lousy pushy teller service, attention without any customer service, just because my company sends me to that bank if it were not for me but what a lousy service, the second floor is just the opposite kindness and good treatment.

Terrible 2 boxes in service 3 advisers doing nothing and they tell me that it takes 1 hour for 1 deposit. Lousy lousy

Mi trabajo me mandó para abrir una cuenta de Nómina y el ejecutivo que me atendió me dijo que tenía que checar mis documentos y que me iba llamar. Ya tengo una semana esperando y ya regresé 2 veces y no me quieren atender. Ayer llegué a otro banco más cerca a mi trabajo y me dijeron que no saben porque el ejecutivo está haciendo eso... La verdad no saben el difícil es pedir permiso de su trabajo para ir al banco. No lo recomendó esta banco a nadie !
I had a really bad experience with this bank. My job sent me to open a Payroll account and the executive who attended me told me that I had to check my documents and that he was going to call me. I already have a week waiting and I have already returned 2 times and they do not want to attend to me. Yesterday I went to another bank closer to my work and they told me that they don't know why the executive is doing that ... They don't really know how difficult it is to ask permission from their work to go to the bank. I did not recommend this bank to anyone!
