I'm a multiple return customer of HTL. Over the past few years I go to Cozumel every 3-4 months. I just finished renting a motor scooter for 15 days. In years past I had rented from a couple of other rental companies. But, my last three trips I will only go to HTL. HTL by far has the best scooters on Cozumel. They are all very new and in top condition. One important thing to look at with scooter rentals is if the tires have enough tread on them. HTL clearly maintains their equipment. The service from Luis the manager, Francisco and his team is always outstanding. They are friendly and helpful and work hard to earn your business. I highly recommend them. And, I'll probably be going back at the end of May or early June and will ask them to have a scooter ready for me when I arrive.

Great experience renting a Jeep from here! We had seen an agent on the main road near the plaza but decided to go directly to the shop! We had great service, the agent gave us a lot of information and some tips on where to explore and which beaches to check out. The vehicle was in great condition and we had a blast! Dropping off was super easy and efficient and we’ll probably rent again in the next few days!

Hola The service and instruction there is super and they even gave us a little discount because we rented 4 scooter. They checked the scooter for existing damages and precisely noted them before they handed the scooters to us. If you want a trustworthy rental office go there!

We rented 2 motor scooters, and drove all the way around the island. It was such a beautiful day, and fun to make stops at little beaches and tide pools. The rental company offers an insurance for a small fee. It was worth it for us to get it because I was a bit nervous riding around a town I wasn't familiar with. Overall, it was an great experience.
