sin embargo en el ámbito de entrega a domicilio la atención telefónica no es muy agradable te cobran el envío domicilio y las papas con arrachera que pedimos la verdad estaban muy sin chiste entonces en la parte de entrega a domicilio la verdad no es lo más recomendable yo diría que lo mejor es ir a comer directamente ya que ni la atención telefónica ni lo que recibes te deja del todo satisfecho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tardan 45 min para entregarte la comida cuando haces pedido presencial. Tomate el tiempo si vas a pedir comida.
La carne viene con muchos gorditos, lamentablemente. Sin embargo, se vende mucho. Por el tiempo que estuve ahí esperando, vi que les llegaban muchos pedidos.
También me toco presenciar lo mal que les hablan a los repartidores de Didi... había un joven que preguntaba varias veces por su pedido (empezó amablemente y acabo un poco desesperado, pero nunca descortés) y solo le daban largas (llevaba ya 1hora esperando) y en una de esas la señorita si le hablo de forma muy despectiva "ahorita te lo damos amigo, ya ahorita te lo dan!" La frase no suena tan mal, lo gacho fue el tono.
En fin, como quiera no vuelvo a pedir de aqui. Para lo que pagamos, prefiero el Papalote.
It takes 45 min to deliver the food when you order in person. Take your time if you are going to order food.
The meat comes with a lot of fat, unfortunately. However, it sells a lot. By the time I was there waiting, I saw that many orders arrived.
I also had to witness how badly they speak to Didi's delivery guys... there was a young man who asked several times about his order (he started kindly and ended up a little desperate, but never rude) and they just gave him the long haul (he had already been waiting for 1 hour ) and in one of those the lady did speak to her in a very derogatory way "right now we give it to you friend, right now they give it to you!" The phrase doesn't sound too bad, the downside was the tone.
In the end, however I want, I won't order from here again. For what we pay, I prefer the Papalote.
