★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si no quieren pasar todo el show de los huaraches del IMSS, esta es una increible opcion. No sufres de estacionamiento, no sufres por que esta lleno, no tienes que hacer filas y los huaraches (para mi) estan mucho mejor que en el IMSS. Se los recomiendo totalmente.
Nota: Si van con niños, tienen la opción de minihuaraches. Se ven muy bonitos y a los niños les gusta.
If you don't want to spend the entire IMSS huaraches show, this is an incredible option. You don't suffer from parking, you don't suffer because it's full, you don't have to queue and the huaraches (for me) are much better than in the IMSS. I totally recommend them.
Note: If you go with children, they have the option of minihuaraches. They look very cute and the kids like it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El dueño el señor trata bien alos clientes pero que dicen del trato de la esposa del dueño la señora es bastante despota y prepotente tanto en el restaurante como en el teléfono no tiene actitud para su propio negocio y el dia que entiendan que los negocios viven de los clientes talvez cambien las cosas mientras tanto no volvere a consumir ahi.
The owner, the gentleman, treats the clients well, but what do they say about the treatment of the owner's wife? The lady is quite despotic and arrogant both in the restaurant and on the phone. She has no attitude towards her own business and the day they understand that businesses live off customers may change things in the meantime I will not consume there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está bien ubicado, limpio y la atención es buena, fuimos con un buen amigo que nos recomendó y pedimos el huarache combinado, la porción es bastante grande y trae bastante carne, el hurache muy suave, lo que para mi gusto le falto un poco es que la salsa estuviera más rica, pero la verdad están súper ricos! Pedimos también agua de tamarindo y esa está muy buena.
Los precios bastante bien para el tamaño del huarache, así que súper recomendable!
The place is well located, clean and the attention is good, we went with a good friend who recommended us and we ordered the combined huarache, the portion is quite large and it comes with a lot of meat, the hurache is very soft, which for my taste lacks a Little is that the sauce was richer, but the truth is that they are super rich! We also ordered tamarind water and that is very good.
The prices are quite good for the size of the huarache, so highly recommended!

The very friendly owner told us he was born in a local village, then went to Mexico City to be trained in preparing huarache, and then established himself and family in San Cristobal de las Casas, setting up his family-run restaurant. He modified the recipe he had learned, adding some local cream, and other modifications, such as adding any meat in only small pieces mixed with the vegetables rather than as a large piece on top. It was the best huarache we ever had. In fact, I had wanted more than the "large" version (combinada) I got. I think the portion was actually fine, but my appetite grew while eating it. My partner also loved her's, the vegetarian version.
While the location does seem somewhat out of the center, it is in fact just a pleasant seven minute walk from the center. The quite large restaurant is very well laid out with local cultural touches. Service is quick and very responsive to any modifications you may wish in your dish of choice.
Very highly recommended.
