Está bueno así nada más.
A la señora le da miedo poner grasa, luego le ayuda un señor mayor quien pica la carne en el comal dándole en la torre al filo del cuchillo, luego con la pala presiona la carne contra el comal, para sacarle el poco jugo que le quedaba después de la sobre cocción, me hubiese gustado que me preguntarán el término de mi carne y si la quería entera o picada.
La salsa roja muy buena con picor razonable que hace que se disfrute, la tortilla muy buena hecha a mano por la señora.

It's good just like that.
The lady is afraid of adding fat, then an older man helps her who chops the meat on the comal by hitting the edge of the knife in the tower, then with the shovel he presses the meat against the comal, to extract the little juice that was left. After overcooking, I would have liked to have been asked the term of my meat and if I wanted it whole or minced.
The very good red sauce with reasonable heat that makes it enjoyable, the very good tortilla made by hand by the lady.
