Parte del itinerario fue comer en el restaurante de este Hotel. Desde que entramos todo mal. El lugar estaba desordenado, sucio y sin mantenimiento. Al pedir mesa para los tres el servicio fue negado por el empleado llamado Ever o Eder ya que “solo había comida suficiente para los huéspedes”. La vista, sin embargo, vale la pena hacer una parada. Tomar algunas fotos y comer en algún otro lugar en el camino. During the New Year's weekend my friends and I decided to take a little trip to the Husteca Potosina. Part of the itinerary was to eat at the restaurant of this Hotel. Since we entered everything wrong. The place was messy, dirty and without maintenance. P	Patricia Magana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El río y cascada están hermosos!! Es un río gratis pero la área en la que está el hotel de la huasteca secreta se me hizo muy caro para lo k ofrece. El personal de hotel fueron amables pero los cuartos estaban sucios con puro insecto muerto a todo lado. Pienso k para lo k cobran lo menos que pueden ofrecer es un cuarto limpio. Aunque sea un hotel entre la naturaleza deberían de hacer un esfuerzo por mantener rutinas para ir a limpiar todo los insectos muertos k quedan en los baños y habitaciones. Si pudiera subir fotos lo hiciera. The river and waterfall are beautiful !! It is a free river but the area in which the secret huasteca hotel is located was very expensive for what it offers. The hotel staff were friendly but the rooms were dirty with pure dead bugs everywhere. I think for what they charge the least they can offer is a clean room. Although it is a hotel among nature, they should make an effort to maintain routines to clean all the dead insects that are left in the bathrooms and rooms. If I could upload photos I would.

F	Federico crivellaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to cancel my stay. Their policy say they would return the 50%. After 49 days and many emails saying they would do the payment soon I still waiting. At this point I'm not sure if I'll ever receive my money back and even if I do they have no right and reason to keep my money for so long. They are really responsive when you want to make a reservation but almost don't reply to your emails if you have other issues. In my opinion, even if I've not been able to visit the place, this kind of behavior has a lot to say about the experience you might have there.
