Fui con mi familia por 6 días nos guió Joel por toda la Huasteca Potosina y nos encantó, mi mamá y mi suegrita están muy agradecidas con él porque las ayudó siendo ellas personas adultas mayores, tuvo mucha paciencia y disposición. Te cuidan muy bien adónde sea que vayas, toman fotografías muy padres, y son muy amigables. Les recomiendo mucho a Ivan Santiago, quien se mostró muy profesional. Recomendado 100%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es un tour seguro. Si, el guía muy amable pero el equipo de seguridad (cascos), viejos y de pocos tamaños, así que te pones el que medio te queda.
Se rompió la banda de la camioneta y perdimos 3 horas, tardaron años en llegar a ayudar y después de eso nos pusieron a correr en las actividades para cubrir todo y no pudimos disfrutar a gusto. La camioneta vieja y en pésimas condiciones obviamente.
Mandaron otra camioneta sin placa y sin seguro, nos paró la guardia Nacional y el guía se puso a decir mentiras. Que eramos familia y que la camioneta era de un primo.
Todo porque no tienen nada en orden.
No lo usen aunque sea económico. Vale mucho más la seguridad y tranquilidad de llegar y regresar bien.
It is not a safe tour. Yes, the guide is very friendly, but the safety equipment (helmets) are old and small, so you put on the one that fits you.
The band of the truck broke and we lost 3 hours, it took ages for them to come to help and after that they put us running in the activities to cover everything and we could not enjoy ourselves. The truck old and in terrible condition obviously.
They sent another truck without a license plate and without insurance, the National Guard stopped us and the guide began to tell lies. That we were family and that the truck belonged to a cousin.
All because they have nothing in order.
Don't use it even though it's cheap. The security and peace of mind of arriving and returning safely is worth much more.
