La agencia ofrece los tours más destacados y a excelentes precios, la camioneta en que te recogen es cómoda y con aire acondicionado, además son muy puntuales con los horarios. En una ocasión se confundieron y nos enviaron a un tour con características diferentes a las contratadas pero tan pronto informé del error, fueron muy diligentes y resolvieron todo de inmediato... Sólo recomendaría dar la opción de salir más temprano, pues las salidas son a las 9am y cuándo se llega a los lugares ya están demasiado llenos de gente, entiendo que a muchos turistas no les gusta madrugar pero sería bueno tener la opción para los que preferimos llegar temprano. Ahh y si quieres simplemente disfrutar de tu viaje y no preocuparte por las fotos, ellos te toman muchas fotos con su cámara de aventura y te las envían después. Recomendado!!!! On one occasion they got confused and sent us on a tour with different characteristics to those contracted but as soon as I reported the error, they were very diligent and resolved everything immediately ... I would only recommend giving the option to leave earlier, as the exits are a 9am and when you get to the places are already too full of people, I understand that many tourists do not like to get up early but it would be good to have the option for those who prefer to arrive early. Ahh, and if you want to simply enjoy your trip and not worry about the photos, they take many photos with your adventure camera and send them to you later. Recommended!!!!

Omar, Daniel y Miguel quienes fueron nuestros guías fueron increíbles, nuestros días de tour muy entretenidos, aclaraban todas nuestra dudadas, muy puntuales, la Van donde nos transportaban muy limpia, mi familia y yo nos sentimos muy cuidados. Los sitios donde nos llevaron a comer muy sabrosos, en especial el RINCÓN CITO en Ciudad Valles. Súper recomendable. Raffles!!! Omar, Daniel and Miguel who were our guides were incredible, our tour days were very entertaining, they clarified all our doubts, very punctual, the Van where they transported us very clean, my family and I felt very cared for. The places where they took us to eat very tasty, especially the RINCÓN CITO in Ciudad Valles. Super recommended.

Had lunch in the mountains with a sweet woman who i believe fed us fresh chicken mole! This was just another validation that the real Mexico is away from the tourists and hype. Every time i have gone to a place:" you've got to see this..." Filled with tourists it's miserable. Every time i have stumbled on a wonder in an obscure place it has been heaven. The lovely Mexico is like an antonioni movie.
