Pésimo servicio por parte de los vendedores, parece que se creen dueños de la plaza, primero te ignoran y parece que hasta de malas lo hacen ya que se dan cuenta que vas a comprar hasta se pelean entre ellos, ayer fui a comprar con mi novia y pésima aptitud de parte de la chica que nos atendió primero tratandonis como si fuéramos a robar y luego de comprar un reloj que nos entregó con la caja maltratada decidimos cambiar de vendedor y todavía le reclamo al vendedor por que según éramos sus clientes, pero primero le estuvimos hablando y hasta nos ignoraron no podía con un cliente y quería estar atendiendo otros cuando primero nos ignoro por estar platicando con sus compañeros. Se requiere que seas werito para ser bien atendido por lo visto como requisito

No sé cómo es posible que siga funcionando esa tienda si solo son un montón de estafadores y rateros , en 2 ocasiones tuve problemas por productos que nunca pedí , la primera si me resolvieron pero ahora la segunda vez ahora resulta que me hicieron el cargo a mi tarjeta de $8,000 de no sé que cosa , fui a la tienda para aclarar y me dijeron que ellos me entregaron el producto , no son más que una bola de rateros y estafadores , espero que pronto las autoridades clausuren están tienda para que no siga robandole a más gente .

Compre en enero 2022 un teléfono el cual al consultar en Internet venia acompañado de unos Audífonos wireless. El vender cuando me abordó me hizo mención de este regalo, sin embargo cuando ya había pagado y estaba a punto de salir del local me hizo mención que ya se había agotado el regalo, a lo cual me negué por que no me había dicho ello, al final me los entregó indicando que eran de un cliente. Cuidado con estas prácticas de los vendedores. Maña? No lo se.

El día 6 de Marzo fui a comprar una band 6. El vendedor me comentó que no pasó la tarjeta y por lo tanto no me dieron ningún voucher a firmar y tampoco me realizaron la entrega del producto. Al ver que el movimiento aparecía en proceso, ese mismo día regresé a reclamar y el gerente LUIS me comentó que no me preocupara, que iba a desaparecer. Al día de hoy lo único que me dicen es que no tienen el movimiento y que la compra no se efectuó. Ya les di el número de liberación de pago que me dio mi banco y según no lo encuentran en el sistema. Pido se me de una solución a la brevedad.

Excelente tienda y excelente servicio, se ve que todos y cada uno de sus asesores se preocupan por dar una experiencia super fluida y fácil de entender, te mencionan las promociones a meses sin intereses, si un artículo tiene descuento y si cuenta con regalo y parte importante es que te explican en tu ticket para que te sientas más tranquilo a la hora de hacer una compra. Recomendado 10 de 10!!!
