★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención al cliente no es la mejor. La formas son buenas pero se ve que los empleados no están bien capacitados. No nos pudieron mostrar algo que queríamos ver funcionar. Mejor nos fuimos después de esperar a que supieran hacerlo funcionar
Customer service is not the best. The forms are good but it is seen that the employees are not well trained. They couldn't show us something we wanted to see work. We better leave after waiting for them to know how to make it work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio y atención por parte del personal, acudí al Centro de Servicio, para que me cambiaran la tapa trasera de mi teléfono, que se quebró, la tuvieron lista en una hora, y todo excelente. Los recomiendo totalmente.
Excellent service and attention from the staff, I went to the Service Center to have the back cover of my phone changed, which broke, they had it ready in an hour, and everything was excellent. I totally recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a cambiarle una refaccion pero no la tenian, me comentaron que la iban a conseguir por lo que estuve llamando para ver cuando llegaba. Cuando me contestaban me decian que la refaccion ya habia llegado y al momento de acudir a la tienda me decian que nunca llego. Me paso eso 3 veces y mejor fui a otro lugar a reparar mi equipo.
I went to change a spare part but they did not have it, they told me that they were going to get it so I was calling to see when it arrived. When they answered me they told me that the part had already arrived and when I went to the store they told me that it never arrived. That happened to me 3 times and I had better go somewhere else to repair my equipment.
