★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay variedad de productos de la marca. Falta que los mismos empleados de la tienda tengan mas de atención al cliente. Compramos un smartwatch, pero nadie se acercó a asesorarnos y había cerca de 10 chavós de huawei cerca, solo hasta que le pedimos a uno de ellos que nos cobrara, ahí ya nos quisieron dar atención.
There are a variety of brand products. The same store employees need to have more customer service. We bought a smartwatch, but no one came to advise us and there were about 10 guys from Huawei nearby, only until we asked one of them to charge us, there they already wanted to give us attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta tienda compre un teléfono el cual a los 3 días me pidio actualizar como no me respondia fui ala misma tienda me atendió el sr Nestor valdes (Field Master) el cual sin pregintarme lo desistalo mi whatsapp sin hacer una copia antes cuando lo instala nuevamente no aparece mi informacion y me responde que eso les pasa a los teléfonos de Huawei se pierde toda la información que trae cuando se actualizan a el le da uno la empresa igual que el mio y que a el le paso lo mismo que ami el sr borro toda mi. nformación y no hizo UN RESPALDO PERDÍ mi información hasta de La NUBE de HUAWEI ahora ESTOY ESPERANDO que me reembolsen mi dinero puesto que el teléfono no esta funcionando correctamente y por los comentatios tan malos sobre la marca del mismo trabajador de ahi ya no le tengo confianza el sr Valdez se reía de mi cuando le suplicaba me ayudara a recuperar mi información
