★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio del área de instalaciones de Izzi, no acuden el día de la cita, no llevan los equipos (módem y decodificadores) que se supone que van a instalar, son flojos y ponen pretextos/excusas para no realizar el cableado y/o la instalación, simplemente dicen: "ahorita regresamos, vamos por nuestro taladro y herramientas", y ya no regresan. Te cambian la fecha y hora de la visita de instalación sin avisarte, o simplemente la cancelan sin avisarte previamente. En fin, pésimo servicio por parte del área de instalaciones de Izzi.
Terrible service from the Izzi facilities area, they do not come on the day of the appointment, they do not carry the equipment (modem and decoders) that they are supposed to install, they are loose and they make excuses / excuses for not carrying out the wiring and / or the installation, they just say: "Right now we're back, we're going to get our drill and tools," and they don't come back. They change the date and time of the installation visit without notifying you, or simply cancel it without notifying you beforehand. Anyway, terrible service from the Izzi facilities area.
