★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención. Llamé para agendar cita para la prueba de antígenos sars cov-2 (Covid), pero como estaban agotadas y me urgía, me ofrecieron esperar entre turnos. Eso hice y al llegar, me dijeron que subiera a pagar (la entrada a las oficinas está a un costado de donde toman las muestras). Pagué (aceptan tarjeta) muy rápido y también pasé muy rápido. Rellenamos un breve formulario antes de pasará a la toma de muestra. El lugar está muy limpio y lo desinfectan entre cada paciente. Aunque el procedimiento no es agradable, no me pareció tan agresivo como en otros laboratorios a los que he ido. Tienen buenos precios y entregan resultados en unos cuantos minutos (en el caso de la prueba de antígenos).
Los recomiendo y sí volvería.
Excellent attention. I called to make an appointment for the sars cov-2 (Covid) antigen test, but since they were exhausted and I was urgent, they offered me to wait between shifts. I did that and when I arrived, they told me to go upstairs to pay (the entrance to the offices is next to where they take the samples). I paid (they accept card) very quickly and I also spent very quickly. We fill out a short form before proceeding to sample collection. The place is very clean and they disinfect it between each patient. Although the procedure is not pleasant, I did not find it as aggressive as in other labs I have been to. They have good prices and deliver results in a few minutes (in the case of the antigen test).
I recommend them and I would go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala organización. Una prueba rápida de antígeno que toma minutos ya demoró una hora porque la parte de operación no se pone de acuerdo con la parte administrativa respecto a citas ya agendadas. Hay servicios mucho más rápidos y con mejor atención al cliente, la verdad.
Very bad organization. A rapid antigen test that takes minutes has already taken an hour because the operating part does not agree with the administrative part regarding appointments already scheduled. There are much faster services and better customer service, really.
