★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cerca de 10 años y por primera vez no estamos satisfechos con el servicio. A mi husky lo cortaron de su patita y trae mucho sangrado, a mi Maltés un corte mal hecho y los dos junto con mi golden oliendo a chuquia. Es lamentable la experiencia de hoy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, muy mala atención, lleve a mi gato solo para que lo lastimaran de sus uñas y lo estresaran, me lo regresaron todo orinado y con popo. Además me cobraron.
Una ocasión anterior lleve a otro de mis gatos a revisión y solo por verlo no le hizo ninguna examinacion a profundidad ya que la doctora estaba mas atenta a su hijo que estaba dentro del consultorio.
Lousy service, very bad attention, take my cat just to get hurt from his nails and stress him, I returned everything urinated and with poop. They also charged me.
A previous occasion I took another of my cats for review and just to see him did not do any in-depth examination since the doctor was more attentive to her son who was inside the office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las Veterinarias son muy amables y profesionales, llevo 15 años confiandoles la salud de mis mascotas, 2 perros y un gato hasta ahora. El servicio de urgencias, lo agradeceré siempre, por atender a Káiser por su epilepsia.
The Veterinarians are very friendly and professional, I have been trusting them with the health of my pets, 2 dogs and a cat for 15 years until now. The emergency department, I will always appreciate it, for treating Kaiser for his epilepsy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenia años acudiendo con mis mascotas cuando enfermaban y la última ocasión con Dra. Brisia fue tosca durante la revisión y negligente en la operación y el área de quirófano muy sucia.
La peor experiencia, nuestro miembro de la familia sufrio mucho los días postoperatorios y murió a la semana de haberlo operado.
I had years going with my pets when they were sick and the last time with Dra. Brisia was rough during the review and negligent in the operation and the operating room area very dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando estaba la Doctora Lourdes atendí muchas veces a mi mascota ahí y todo bien . la nueva veterinaria le dio a mi gatita de 17 años medicamentos contraindicados para ellos, lo supe cuando lo lleve a otro veterinario, pincho cuatro veces a la gata y nunca pudo canalizar, además de sucia y se ponía a ver los medicamentos dudando si administrárselos o no, justo como si no supiera.

The new veterinarian gave my 17-year-old kitten medicines that were contraindicated for them, I found out when I took him to another vet, I punctured the cat four times and she was never able to channel, besides being dirty and she began to look at the medicines, doubting whether to administer them or no, just like i don't know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca había tenido problemas con sus servicios, pero el viernes que lleve a mi perrita chihuahua para baño la maltrataron horrible, le cortaron su oreja, pero no un cortesito, un rasponsito, no. Le volaron parte de su oreja, cortes en su lomito, cabeza, patitas, horrible!! Y nadie se hace responsable. NO lleven a sus mascotas ahí. Solo las van a lastimar. Quiero pensar que cambiaron personal, pero no queda más que se hagan responsables y quiten a ese salvaje que solo lastima a los animalitos.
I had never had problems with their services, but on Friday I took my Chihuahua dog to the bathroom, they mistreated her horribly, they cut off her ear, but not a courteous, a little scrape, no. They blew off part of his ear, cuts on his back, head, paws, horrible !! And nobody is responsible. DO NOT take your pets there. They are only going to hurt them.
