El servicio veterinario es de lo mejor, muy profesional. Ofrecen además una amplia gama de productos para mascotas, alimentos, accesorios y cuidado del día a día. Tienen una variedad de alimentos de especialidad bastante amplia y cuentan con servicio a domicilio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De verdad son un peligro para los perros, lleve a mi perrita a que le hicieran un corte y me salen con que ya tenía una cortada de antes cuando no tenia nada, tres días después ya se le ve el hueso y esta sin energía. Las personas que atienden no se quieren hacer responsables, yo no me voy a quedar así aunque lleguemos a i stancias legales. CUIDADO AL LLEVAR A SUS MASCOTAS!!!
They are really a danger for dogs, I took my dog to get a cut and they came out with the fact that she already had a cut from before when she had nothing, three days later the bone is already visible and she is without energy. The people who attend do not want to be responsible, I am not going to stay that way even if we reach legal conditions. CARE WHEN BRINGING YOUR PETS !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención y muy mal manejo de problemas. Pedí unas latas Royal Canin SO y me enviaron SO Calorias Moderadas. Al llamar para aclarar que ese no era el producto solicitado y que no necesito, solo respondieron que es el único que manejan. Que triste que un establecimiento especializado en productos para animales de compañía no conozcan los productos de Royal Canin y más triste que no te puedan informar adecuadamente sobre los productos que manejan con tal de vender. Peor aún que no puedan resolver las situaciones que se presenten y dar una buena atención al cliente.
Very bad attention and very bad handling of problems. I ordered some Royal Canin SO cans and they sent me SO Moderate Calories. When calling to clarify that this was not the requested product and that I do not need, they only answered that it is the only one they handle. How sad that an establishment specializing in products for pets does not know the Royal Canin products and sadder that they cannot adequately inform you about the products they handle in order to sell. Worse still that they cannot solve the situations that arise and give good customer service.
