En la Sucursal que está enfrente del parque de las arboledas o pilares le encargue a una chica una plaquita para mi gata con indicaciones precisas de poner solamente su nombre y numero telefónico y me entregaron la placa con los datos de la gatita y míos a lo que les pedí que quitaran mi nombre y me dijeron que no se podía y pues ni modo ya fui así por mi placa, al ir a la tienda les dije que pusieran más atención en lo que pide el cliente, a lo que una señora que estaba ahí me dijo que iba a llamar a los proveedores para que hicieran otra, pero que iba a ver si me podían hacer un descuento, siendo que no tengo porque volver a pagar algo que el error no fue mío, es una verdadera molestia que no reconozcan sus errores y de paso le quieran volver a cobrar a uno, así que pésimo servicio, además de que la señora cuando salíamos oí como se burlaba del acento de mi esposo con otras clientas que estaban ahí, en una palabra irrespetuosa y nefasta que gente que no respetan al cliente.

Limpio, excelente servicio de sus dueños y colaboradores. Horarios extendidos de lunes a viernes 9 a 21 hr sábado y domingo 10 a 18 hrs y días festivos.

Mal servicio. Compramos un collar de entrenamiento y nos vendieron uno que se ve que se rompió y le pusieron la argolla como de un llavero. En el momento que lo compramos no nos dimos cuenta pero con el uso obviamente se abrió. Cuando fuimos a pedir que nos cambiaran por uno que no estuviera roto, nos dijeron que no, que era nuestra responsabilidad por no haber revisado antes y quedaron en contactarnos para darnos respuesta (disque iban a hablarlo con su proveedor porque gerencia no quiso hacer el cambio). Ha pasado 1 semana y no nos han escrito. No compren ahí, nosotros jamás vamos a regresar. Todo por una cadena de $180 pesos que nos costó $75 en Amazon, misma marca.
Bad service. We bought a training collar and they sold us one that looks like it was broken and they put the ring on it like a key ring. At the time we bought it we didn't realize it but with use it obviously opened. When we went to ask them to change us for one that was not broken, they told us no, that it was our responsibility for not having checked before and they agreed to contact us to give us an answer (they were going to talk about it with their supplier because management did not want to make the change ). It's been 1 week and they haven't written to us. Do not buy there, we will never return. All for a chain of $180 pesos that cost us $75 on Amazon, same brand.
