★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésima organización en su pasada campaña de esterilización, no tenían control de los reservados, ni la mínima atención, no ofrecieron garantías suficientes para poder llevar a mis gatos que se les dijo desde antes de depositar el anticipo que eran 2 machos uno de 4 meses y otro de un 1.2 años pero bien listos 1 día antes dicen que al cachorro no lo podían operar por ser cachorro, decidí cancelar su servicio por tan pésima organización y para rematar es día que no me reembolsan el anticipo de los gatos!!!
lousy organization in their last sterilization campaign, they did not have control of the reserved, nor the minimum attention, they did not offer sufficient guarantees to be able to take my cats that they were told before depositing the advance that they were 2 males, one 4 months old and another of a 1.2 years old but very smart 1 day before they say that the puppy could not be operated on because he is a puppy, I decided to cancel his service because of such a lousy organization and to top it off it is the day that they do not reimburse me the advance payment for the cats!!!
