★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy MVZ y hoy tuvimos una situación con una clienta que no pudo llegar a tiempo a la veterinaria para un servicio presencial. Ella se trasladó al lugar y la esperaron para proceder a la cremación de su mascota, estuvieron en todo momento en contacto con nosotros y con la dueña de la mascota, fueron muy muy empáticos con la dueña. El servicio consistía en que la llevarían a la veterinaria de regreso y ya que la señora contaba con una discapacidad, la llevaron hasta la puerta de su casa. Ella nos llamó muy agradecida por todo lo que se hizo para que ella pudiera despedirse de su mascota y nosotros muy agradecidos con su servicio que siempre ha sido excelente.
I'm MVZ and today we had a situation with a client who couldn't get to the vet on time for an in-person service. She went to the place and they waited for her to proceed with the cremation of her pet, they were in contact with us and with the owner of the pet at all times, they were very empathetic with the owner. The service consisted of taking her back to the vet and since the lady had a disability, they took her to the door of her house. She called us very grateful for everything that was done so that she could say goodbye to her pet and we are very grateful for her service that has always been excellent.

Tienen diferentes paquetes y a mi parecer son accesibles. Me entregaron las cenizas de mi bebé en menos de 24 hrs y siempre se comunicaron conmigo.

En nuestro caso pudimos despedirnos de nuestro perro y ver sus restos.
