Hueso Restaurante - 44140 Guadalajara

Nice ambiance, but when we arrived for our 10pm reservation (the restaurant opens at 7:30) most of the items on the menu were out. On the whole menu, which contained probably ~12 options, only 4 were available. And as a vegetarian, I was only able to eat 2 of these options. Same thing with the dessert menu. Of the 3 desserts offered, they had were out of all but one. I don’t understand how at a fine dining establishment you can just be out of food? But they were just out and that was it. Not to mention the slow service and exorbitant cost for mediocre to nasty food. It’s especially noticeable since you sit at a long table with other guests. So, while they are receiving their food you are waiting hours for your own. And as they receive multiple plates of the food that was available, you must suffer with the mediocre items left on the menu. So maybe the food is good if you arrive by 8pm and the food on the menu is available, but good luck everybody else. FYI- the best things on the menu are uncooked (such as the ahi tuna sushi or a salad)

Brilliant place. The concept, the atmosphere, the service, the food, everything is high level. Pricey, but worth it

To say this place is excellent would be an understatement. The evening was wondrous and the food and ambience rivals any Michelin star restaurant. Don't stop to think just make your reservation and prepare to be enthralled. Alex was our server and he is wonderful. Thank you for a great night out!

One of my favorites, you have to love this place, the decoration is amazing, really different, the menu is constantly changing, we tried almost everything and it was delicious, they have great drinks as well and our waitress Irais was really nice to us, prompt and friendly service ?????, We can’t wait to be back!

The staff was incredibly friendly, The ambience was comfortable, it is a little hidden and off the path. But just trust in the navigation. Also, the portion sizes are very large so just be aware. If we ever return to Guadalajara we will make sure to do it again.

From the start you are greeted by friendly staff that really make you feel welcomed. The place has unique decor, all white and bone related stuff, really nice vibe. The food is amazing, it was served family style for us, delicious and fresh… I actually enjoyed eating all my vegetables, but my favorite was the short ribs, a must try. Cocktails were also really really good. I’d definitely come back whenever I an in Guadalajara.
