★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me pusieron escusas para atender a mi perrita porque esta grande, tiene 9 años y dijeron que generalmente son agresivos si no estan acostumbrados al baño,.le.dije que es nerviosa pero no agresiva y que si esta acostumbrada, pero queria cambiar porque me queda lejos el otro, se noto que no querian atenderla, hasta me dijo que me recomendaba que lo llevara a donde lo llevaba antes o bien que la llevara pero si se ponia agresiva me llamarian para que fuera por ella.. me llamo la atencion porque ahi llevaba a mi otra perrita y siempre el trato fue muy amable y esa perrita igual tiene 9 años.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No aceptaron a mis perritas por ser mayores, cuando ya las habían aceptado antes. Primero tomaron la cita para después cancelarla el día que las iba a llevar. Pésimo!
They did not accept my dogs because they were older, when they had already accepted them before. First they made the appointment and then canceled it the day I was going to take them. Appalling!
