★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 최근에 조성된 주택단지. 깨끗하다. 진입로 길이 좋지 않다. 걸어서 갈수 있는 편의점이 없다. 주변에 차로 갈수 있는 쇼핑몰이 많다. 주변에 한국식품점 한국식당이 많다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La colonia se ve segura, fui de visita con un amigo, me comenta que no hay tantos problemas, tienen guardia de seguridad, y hay cuota de mantenimiento. La colonia es bonita, tiene super mercados cercanos, y está relativamente cerca de avenidas principales. A 5 minutos de Apodaca y 15 minutos del aeropuerto.
